Cancellations & Refunds

Your reservation will be secured by a 50% down payment, payable by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival. Due to high demand, no refund will be granted in case of cancellation or schedule changes. Housekeeping, concierge fees, extras, and optional activities will be billed separately. If requested the separate concierge fee covering housekeeping, transportation, extras, and optional activities will be added to your bill and payable upon checkout.
